Terms of Use

Welcome to WellMedr. By accessing or using our website located at https://wellmedr.life and our coordinated telehealth platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Telehealth Coordination Services (Not a Healthcare Provider)

WellMedr operates solely as a telehealth platform interface and administrative coordinator. WellMedr does not manufacture pharmaceutical products, does not practice medicine, and does not provide direct medical care.

Independent clinical services are delivered by a network of board-certified, U.S.-licensed doctors and clinical professionals. These independent clinicians retain sole medical discretion to prescribe custom formulations or decline treatment based on medical necessity. The digital intake assessment available on this Site is an intake screening tool and does not establish an automatic doctor-patient relationship until explicitly reviewed and approved by a licensed professional.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

By using this platform, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and reside in a state where our platform services are currently coordinated. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and digital intake process.

3. Subscription Plans, Fees, and Automated Billing

WellMedr operates on a transparent, recurring membership model.

  • Billing Cycles: Depending on the package selected, plans are billed on a flexible month-to-month basis or locked into long-term annual tiers.
  • All-Inclusive Rates: The recurring program fee covers prescribed custom formulations, necessary clinical shipping supplies, ongoing medical oversight, and care coaching.
  • Modifications and Cancellations: Members retain the flexibility to adjust, pause, or cancel subscription programs online anytime in accordance with dashboard tools. To avoid the next billing cycle charge, cancellation requests must be processed before the scheduled renewal date.

4. Custom Compounded Formulations Disclaimer

Where clinically appropriate, providers may prescribe custom compounded medications prepared under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Compounded formulations are permitted by law and regulated by state Boards of Pharmacy; however, they are prepared individually, are not branded manufactured drugs, and are not evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, quality, or efficacy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WellMedr, its affiliates, and platform technical operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your administrative use of the Site or platform routing mechanics.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
